Thank you for your purchase from Lilith and Leo Curiosities LLC. We appreciate your business. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please see the full details below regarding our return policy and process.
Policy Details
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Worn Items ( For Hygiene Reasons Most Products Cannot Be Returned Once Worn)
For all returns, please include the purchased item, along with:
Return form filled out with Order Number
Unworn Item Including all non-perishable parts ( % Returned May Affect the Final Refund Amount)
Packaging (You May Keep Any Freebies If unable to use please donate to someone special or Recycle)
**Order Number filled out on Completed Return Form is Necessary for ALL Refunds!
Return Form can be obtained by Emailing us at Support@LilithandLeo.com
Shipping Fees:
You are responsible for Return shipping fees in most cases. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return.
**Exceptions:
Lilith and Leo Curiosities LLC will cover shipping fees in when Items are damaged and/or defective, Customer did not order item, Our Error ( Requires Owners Approval ).
Speak with the Owner via Support@LilithandLeo.com to have your Label Forwarded to your Email.
Restocking Fees:
Lilith and Leo Curiosities LLC does not charge restocking fees.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Lilith and Leo Curiosities LLC, place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible, along with Return form, Unworn Item : Include all non-perishable parts as the % Returned May Affect the Final Refund Amount, Packaging (You May Keep Any Freebies If unable to use please donate to someone special or Recycle) , Order Number filled out on Completed Return Form. Return form can be obtained by Emailing us at Support@LilithandLeo.com.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Lilith and Leo Curiosities LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 2-3 weeks to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Lilith and Leo Curiosities LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
